When bills have been synced, Procurify’s bill fields are mapped into a QuickBooks Online bill. Instead of using a third-party tool or CSV exports, you can sync bills easily to QuickBooks Online directly from Procurify. Integrate directly with Procurify to save time. Creating bills in Procurify means you’re matching invoices to Purchase Orders, received documents, and you can view the history of the PO back to its originating request and approval history and see logs of all changes. Pay your invoices confidently, and gain full context for all your business spending. To use the QuickBooks Online integration, you must create bills with Procurify in our Accounts Payable module.
This integration passes over bill data from Procurify to QuickBooks Online. We’re excited to announce that Procurify now offers new direct integration with all QuickBooks Online tiers (for the QuickBooks Online USA products at this stage).
